This appointment is to ask and answer questions from the online intake forms to get a deeper look at your issues and design a customized treatment plan. It includes vitals, physical assessments if needed and first acupuncture session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
